A Hybrid Fuzzy Goal Programming for Smart Phones and Rate Plan Selection

Smartphones are essential personal belongings today. However, smartphone buyers (SBs) often hesitant in deciding what the best and rate plan to choose offered by telecom providers. Among many new smartphones, it is difficult for users most suitable one consideration of reaching salient success aspiration level (SSAL) as close possible, e.g., large battery capacity, avoiding falling below survival (SAL) far budget limitation, simultaneously. A novel hybrid weighted SSAL-SAL fuzzy goal programming (FGP) proposed assist SBs finding satisfactory smartphones their preferences with plans. To meet different preferences, can easily set weights each selection linguistic terms, such high, average, low. In addition, these terms be transformed into trapezoidal numbers. The then attached goals objective function SSAL-SAL-FGP model choosing smartphone.
